Nicole ORDONNEAU is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She deals with real estate, real estate development, architecture – urban planning, intellectual property. She is a Graduate Mediator (Université Catholique de Paris-Institut de formation à la Médiation et à la Négociation), CNMA Mediator, Mediator at the Courts of Appeal.
In the continuity of her professional experience and a daily practice of negotiation, she is convinced of the relevance of alternative dispute resolution strategies.
Her litigation practice as a lawyer led her to the need to think about her activity in relation to mediation, an adaptable tool that is as close as possible to current events and the economy, the idea of putting an end to conflictual situations while freeing up a large space for building the future.
She is an experienced and active mediator in the promotion of mediation for a tailor-made, humanist and responsible justice at the service of individuals and companies.
Nicole Ordonneau is graduated in Private Law and Criminal Science and an I.H.E.I. Her first approach to intellectual property was to become a lawyer at the Institut National des Appellations d’origine. Soon after this experience, she became a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She was a lecturer at the Panthéon-Assas Faculty of Law. She is also involved in raising awareness among professionals about mediation and in referenced training courses.

Catherine LORNAC is a lawyer with a specialization in literary and artistic property, graduate Mediator (Catholic University of Paris-Institute of Training in Mediation and Negotiation), Mediator at the Courts of Appeal.
She worked in a law firm, then in a film production and distribution company. Since 2006 she has an independent practice.
Convinced very early of the benefits of amicability, she favored the Anglo-Saxon approach in the settlement of cases. Conflicts are anticipated, the Lawyers intervening early.
Very quickly, in 2004, she trained in mediation and negotiation. She specialized in labour law.
She has extensive experience in project mediation, change mediation, crisis mediation and conflict resolution mediation. As an expert in the alternative conflict resolution modes, she intervenes within and between companies, in the audiovisual and film fields, in partner conflicts as well as in the field of inheritance and liquidation-sharing for families of artists.
She has enriched her experience through the practice of administrative mediation.
Passionate about humanist psychology and trained in non-violent communication, Catherine Lornac sensitizes any person and/or organization to mediation.
Catherine Lornac teaches mediation and negotiation within the Universities and creates tailor-made mediation and negotiation training within companies, associations or any other organization considering the specific needs of each. She trains lawyers, lawyers, senior managers, directors and human resources managers.

Jean-François DEBARNOT
Graduate in European business law (D.E.S.S.), Jean-François Debarnot is, since March 1999, the legal director of the French National Audiovisual Institute (INA).
Managing a team of thirty-five employees, he was notably led to negotiate twenty-one general and collective agreements with the representatives of the rights holders on the programs of the INA’s audiovisual and sound archives (namely, the different categories of authors and employees’ rights holders), which have made it possible to optimize the commercial or non-commercial exploitation of these programs.
As the INA’s representative to the CSPLA, he has also participated and participates closely in the work of various bodies or commissions specialized in literary and artistic property, in France or under the aegis of the European Commission. Since 1999, he has been the author of several articles published on issues related to literary and artistic property law, notably in the journal «Communication-commerce électronique».
Since 2006, Jean-François Debarnot has been teaching at the UPEC Faculty of Law (Paris XII) in master’s degree in Applied Intellectual Property Law.

Frédéric BENECH
He is the founding partner of the Benech Law Firm, lawyers and patent attorneys specialized in intellectual property law. He is a graduate engineer of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), master in economics and business law, and a graduate mediator of IFOMENE since 2015 where he is a teacher and at the faculty of Nantes. After a first career as a nuclear process engineer, he became a patent attorney, professional representative at the European Patent Office and then founded his law firm in 1994.His experience as a mediator has developed particularly in the field of national and international disputes (he is bilingual in English) in the technical fields of engineering (chemical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, computer) or architecture and construction, on potential or revealed conflicts, legal or conventional, and more particularly in those involving problems related to industrial property and more generally intellectual property, in terms of contracts, trademarks, patents or know-how, in particular IT and/or new technologies (metavers, video games, etc.).

Guy-Pierre CARON
Guy-Pierre CARON is a lawyer at the Paris Bar for nearly 25 years and graduate mediator (Catholic University of Paris-Institute of Training in Mediation and Negotiation in 2016) approved by the Paris Court of Appeal. He operates in a very international environment, for French and foreign customers, mainly English and German speaking (languages: French, English, German and Italian).
After choosing a bilingual university education (Paris), graduate in French and Community business law (Paris) and German law (LL.M, Potsdam), Guy-Pierre started his career as a label business lawyer in the Warner Music Group. His work as a lawyer led him to work in the field of music for artists and labels, live performance producers and audio-visual producers. He has also intervened in patent and trademark cases.
His knowledge of the company gives him a systemic and integrative view of business law in the broad sense, based on advice, guidance, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Very involved in alternative dispute resolution methods, Guy-Pierre is also a graduate of non-violent communication (Montreal, Canada).
Finally, a passionate multi-instrumentalist musician (guitars, keyboards, violin and drums), he plays with great pleasure with his rock band on stages all over France.
