TERMS OF PAYMENT

The opening fee is retained by the Center, whether the mediation is carried out or not.

Payment of the advance on costs and fees is invoiced and settled as soon as the mediation is implemented.

MDPCM undertakes to submit an interim statement if the advance payment is exceeded.

All payments are made online, except for interim invoices, which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
