Protection of personal data

Personal data of users of the Site are collected under the conditions provided for by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data.

MDPCM collects and processes personal data pursuant to the consent delivered by users with a view to receiving information from the company.

This processing is therefore carried out exclusively for the purpose of exchanging information with the company.

MDPCM does not transmit users’ personal data to third parties.

MDPCM retains personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with current regulations, i.e., until the user expressly requests that it be deleted.

MDPCM ensures the security of your personal data by implementing enhanced data protection with physical and logical security measures.

Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data, to limit processing, to withdraw their consent, to portability, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data. They also have the right to send MDPCM general or specific directives concerning the conservation, deletion, and communication of their data after their death.

Users may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
